Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges Policy

Because each piece of artwork in my shop is lovingly hand-crafted and completely unique, all sales are final and non-refundable.

To help ensure you absolutely love your selection before purchasing, please keep the following details in mind:

  • The Beauty of Handmade Art: Hand-crafted items naturally feature minor variations in texture, color, and finish from the digital listing photos. These organic characteristics are a beautiful part of the creative process and are what make your piece truly one-of-a-kind, rather than a mass-produced defect.
  • Case-by-Case Care: While all sales are standardly final, your happiness is incredibly important to me. If an extraordinary circumstance, missing item, or unexpected order issue arises, please reach out directly. These rare situations will be reviewed strictly on a thoughtful, case-by-case basis so we can find a fair solution together.

Shipping Damage & Insurance Claims

Every standard order is packaged with the utmost care and is fully insured up to $200 against loss or damage during transit. While I do everything possible to ensure your artwork arrives safely, carrier accidents occasionally happen. If a package is mishandled by the post office, we will work together as a team to get it resolved.

To help me successfully file an insurance claim and take care of your order, I kindly request your help with the following steps:

  • Please Let Me Know Quickly: If your package arrives physically damaged, please reach out to me within 48 hours of your delivery notification. Prompt reporting is vital for meeting strict postal system deadlines. Please email me a full description of the damage and photos of the item and packaging damages.
  • Keep a Visual Record: Before discarding anything, please take clear photos of both the damaged artwork and the external shipping box or packaging materials. The post office requires clear proof of how the box arrived to approve a claim.
  • Hold On to the Packaging: Please keep the broken box and all packing wrap safely set aside until our claim is officially resolved. Carrier offices occasionally request a physical, visual inspection of the damaged box at your local branch before releasing insurance funds.

Order Processing & Transit Times

I want your unboxing experience to feel like a special event. Each piece of artwork is carefully packaged by hand to ensure that it travels safely and reaches you in perfect condition. Because of the dedicated time and detail required to pack your premium order safely, please keep the following timeline in mind:

  • Processing Time: Standard orders are securely prepared and packed within 2 to 3 business days before they are hand-delivered to the post office. I live and create in a tiny town where everything closes early and nothing is open on weekends or holidays, and USPS is the only shipping option. Sometimes I cannot send a package immediately if the post office is closed, but I will send every package as soon as I can.
  • Tracking Your Package: As soon as your order is safely in the hands of the postal service, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent directly to your inbox.
  • Carrier Delays: While I wish I could personally guarantee delivery speeds, once a package is dispatched, any transit delays, weather closures, or routing disruptions on the part of the United States Postal Service (USPS) are outside of my direct control. I appreciate your patience as the carriers work hard to deliver your unique art safely!

Terms & Conditions

To ensure a smooth, transparent experience for everyone visiting my studio shop, all retail transactions are guided by the following essential terms:

  • Artwork Copyright & Reproduction Rights: When you purchase a physical piece of original artwork from my shop, you are buying the beautiful physical object itself. Please keep in mind that this purchase does not transfer the copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer. As the creator, I retain all rights to the underlying design images, concepts, and digital representations. The artwork may not be copied, resold as a digital file, or reproduced for commercial purposes without my explicit, written permission.
  • My Right to Cancel Orders: I always do my absolute best to maintain 100% accurate inventory numbers across my store listings. However, in the rare event of a technical glitch or an unexpected tracking error that allows an item to oversell, I reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at any point. If this ever happens, I will reach out to you immediately to explain the situation and issue a full, instant refund.

Privacy Policy & Data Security

Your privacy and trust are important to me. As a small boutique art studio, I am fully committed to protecting your personal information and being entirely transparent about how your data is handled.

  • Information Collected for Fulfillment: When you place an order, our system collects only the standard information required to securely process and deliver your purchase: your name, shipping address, billing address, email address, and phone number. This information is used strictly to communicate about your order and ensure your package arrives safely.
  • Encrypted Payment Security: Your financial safety is a top priority. My website server does not store, see, or have access to your credit card numbers. All transactions are securely processed through Stripe, an external, fully encrypted payment gateway that meets strict international data security standards.
  • No Third-Party Sharing or Selling: I treat your contact details with the utmost respect. Your information is only shared with our trusted delivery partners (like USPS and MailerSend) exclusively to fulfill your shipping labels and deliver your receipt emails. I will never sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information to any third-party marketing companies. It drives me crazy when my data is shared without my explicit consent, and I will never do that to my customers, students, or anyone who happens to leave information on my page.

Safety Information: Not for Children

Unless specifically labeled as a toy, my artwork is intended for adult collectors only.

  • Materials: My multimedia pieces use professional glues, metallic paints, and sculpting mediums that are safe for display but toxic if ingested, and may present choking hazards.
  • Construction: Many of my creations contain wire and small parts. Rough handling can cause wires to poke through, stones to fall out, or small bits to break off, posing a hazard.
  • Handling: Please handle with care, and ensure children are supervised if near the artwork.

The Pet Clause

I love animals and want to keep yours safe! None of my work is safe for pets.

  • Choking & Injury: Wire frames, plastic fibers, and small beads are extremely dangerous if chewed or swallowed.
  • Toxicity: Dyes, starches, and paints used in wool and metal work are not pet-safe.
  • Aquariums: My metalwork is not treated for submersion and should never be placed in fish habitats.
Please display your art safely out of reach of your beloved pets… And tell them that I said ‘Hi!’.

Classes, Student Hub, & Limitation of Liability

The educational resources, video classes, and community offerings found within the Student Hub are designed to inspire your creative journey. By participating in these courses or using this website, you agree to the following guidelines:

  • Our Educational Philosophy: The instructional content I share is based entirely on my own personal preferred techniques and creative experiences. While these methods work beautifully for my studio practice, they are by no means the only way to create art. I highly encourage you to experiment and discover what works best for you!
  • Creative Freedom & Results: Students are warmly welcome to use my techniques, project guidelines, and Student Hub resources to build their own independent creations. However, because hand-crafted art involves personal handling, unique materials, and individual tools, Aniquiel Studios cannot be held responsible or liable for your final project outcomes, physical material damages, or artistic mishaps.
  • Website Limitation of Liability: Aniquiel Studios provides this website, its digital offerings, and its product listings on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the full extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any direct or indirect damages that arise from your use of this site, your class participation, or from the purchase of any physical items.

User Conduct

When using my contact forms or mailing list, you agree not to provide false information or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
